Deposits
A 50% deposit on the room is required to hold the room and the additional 50% is due within 30 days of check-in.
Cancellation Policy & No Shows
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-In & Check Out
Check-in time is 3pm; you will be provided with check-in instructions within 24 hours of your stay.
Check out time is 11am
If you are interested in an early check-in or late check-out please contact Robert Hall at robert@lofts on lee.com. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Occupancy
Suites are subject to maximum occupancy as stated.
Smoking
Our property is non-smoking facility and you will be charged extra if you smoke in the suites or the hallway.
Pets
With the exception of service animals, we do not allow pets in the rooms.
Reservation Resale
We do not permit our rooms to be purchased and resold. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made by such groups.
Accidents & Injury
We are not responsible for any accidents or injury that occur during your stay with us.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you do leave an item behind, please call us and we will do our best to help!
